You don't need to store it in the fridge - Also not once it's opened. However, I always recommend storing liqueurs chilled if possible as you always serve them cold.
You can drink Peppermint Bark RumChata neat, but it's better on the rocks. It's even better when incorporated into classic coffee drinks for a festive touch.
Peppermint Bark RumChata contains 14% ABV. That's slightly more than the regular RumChata, which has 13.75% vol, and only half of RumChata Limon, which clocks in at 28% ABV.
