Peruvian Elder Sour
A floral version of a Sour Cocktail based on Pisco.

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Jigger
- 2 oz Pisco Peruvian
- 1 oz Elderflower liqueur St. Germain
- 0.5 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
Add all ingredients with ice into your cocktail shaker.
2 oz Pisco, 1 oz Elderflower liqueur, 0.5 oz lime juice
Shake well for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels cold on the outside.
Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
