Ingredients

  • 2 oz Joven Mezcal
  • 2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave syrup
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Kosher salt or fleur de sel (for rim)
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  • Salt rim a glass and set it aside.
    Kosher salt or fleur de sel (for rim)
  • Add all ingredients, including the ice and a pinch of salt, into your blender.
    2 oz Joven Mezcal, 2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz Agave syrup, 1 cup Ice cubes, 1 pinch Salt
  • Blend the mixture until it reaches the desired texture. We're looking for a perfectly smooth slushy consistency.
  • Once done, transfer into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Notes

This recipe is for one drink. When you have a big blender, it makes sense to make more than just one drink as blending gets easier with larger volumes.
