0.5ozAged Jamaican Rum
0.25ozLight over-proof Rum
0.25ozCoconut Rum (more than 35% ABV)
0.25ozCoconut Liqueur (below 30% ABV)
0.25ozCoffee liqueur
0.5ozFresh lime juice
2.5ozFresh pineapple juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
0.5 oz Aged Jamaican Rum, 0.25 oz Light over-proof Rum, 0.25 oz Coconut Rum (more than 35% ABV), 0.25 oz Coconut Liqueur (below 30% ABV), 0.25 oz Coffee liqueur, 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice, 2.5 oz Fresh pineapple juice
Strain into an ice-filled glass.
Garnish with pineapple wedge and Maraschino cherry.
